Water Birth

Supported Birth of Arizona is now offering Water Birth Tub Rentals and Sales.  There is a limited quantity of tubs we rent, so make sure to schedule your tub early.  Deposits can be made online, over the telephone, or with a check or money order through the mail.  Payment arrangements are also available.  We have several options to choose from.

Water Birth Spa Rental - $230.00

Fully heated spa with massaging turbo jets to help you relax.    Large enough for 3 - 4 adults, but compact enough to fit in almost any room.  Includes an insulated locking cover to keep the heat in and children out.  GFCI protection and temperature control.  Uses very little energy and the jets do not need to be on to heat the water or to maintain temperature.  We deliver and set up the tub.  Delivery range is 50 miles.  Includes the use of a lead free hose and electric pump to make draining quick and easy.  Rental is for 3 weeks unless additional weeks are purchased.

Round Birth Pool - $40.00

Deep, upright pool with I-beams sturdy enough to support an adult and an inflated floor for added comfort.  This pool will not distort when full with water.  60” diameter with 22” height.  Easy to inflate and fill.  Keep this pool for your child to play in as she grows.  Made by Sevylor.  12 lbs.

Our birth tubs rent quickly.  If we don’t have one available for rent, consider purchasing an inflatable pool.  There are two sizes available to suit your needs and space requirements.  Or if you are looking for a pool to labor in at home before heading to the hospital, or if you are planning a water birth at the hospital, you can consider an inflatable pool as well.  These pools are easy to inflate and fill and feature a floor drain to easily drain.  The floor of the pool is inflated for added comfort, and at 22” height they are perfect for all types of positions during labor.
